Common questions
Arkin isn’t showing my events
Open Arkin’s settings and check that your calendar is connected. For iPhone calendars, go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Calendars, and make sure Arkin has full access.
Leave times seem off
Arkin needs location access to work out when to leave. Choose Always so leave times stay right while Arkin is closed. Events need an address Apple Maps can find.
I’m not getting Live Activities or nudges
Check that Live Activities and notifications are on for Arkin in Settings. Arkin stays quiet on purpose most of the day. Handled quietly, in Your day, shows what it chose not to mention.
How do I disconnect Google?
Disconnect in Arkin’s settings, then remove Arkin from the third-party connections page in your Google Account.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Arkin keeps everything on your iPhone, so that removes it all. To remove your waitlist email, write to privacy@arkin.ai.
